The information that you are about to submit is held within the Applicant Tracking Software. Inspiration Trust act as a data processor by providing an online recruitment service which organisations can use for their recruitment campaigns. Data may be processed in support of Inspiration Trust as part of your application. We will not share your information with any third parties outside of our agreements.
By entering your details, you are allowing Inspiration Trust to access and use the information you provide for recruitment purposes or as they state. The Inspiration Trust are a multi academy trust so other schools within this Trust may have access to your application.
Where you complete an application using the online form, your data will be saved periodically before you reach the end of the application form. This is to help you if you want to complete the form over a number of visits and to limit data loss as a result of a technical issue such as an accidental browser closure or a loss of internet connection.
Your data will be stored for 12 months and your personal details will be deleted automatically once the data retention limit is reached. The retention period is set to twelve months from first submitting your application. You can see this data in the Applicant Gateway which will allow you to remove your details prior to automatic deletion.
